The Battery Cap Retention (BCR™) is a simple laminate Cordura-constructed loop intended to provide easy battery cap retention for L3 Harris PVS-31A or BNVD 1431 users.
By attaching to the underside of the housing via an existing screw and to the battery cap by sliding over the threads, the BCR™ offers unobtrusive yet effective retention to prevent loss of the battery cap when the user is removing or replacing their NVG battery. The BCR™ also helps to facilitate one-handed battery changes.
